About Us
Born from Innovation
Our story began in 2019 with Karo Sambhav's involvement in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project with GIZ-India. This pioneering initiative focused on establishing India's First Small-Scale E-waste Dismantling/Recycling Unit. This project became a springboard for exploration and learning. It allowed us to:
- Design efficient, decentralized dismantling units.
- Develop industry benchmarks for productivity, material balances, and responsible e-waste processing.
Key Learnings, Lasting Impact:
- Stronger Value Chain Integration: Ensuring a seamless journey for e-waste, from collection to responsible recycling.
- Eliminating Mismanagement: Prioritizing safe and ethical handling of e-waste at every stage.
- Maximizing Recyclability: Recovering the highest possible proportion of valuable materials from e-waste.
- Focus on Untapped Fractions: Developing solutions for e-waste components lacking established recycling methods. Established in 2019, CSPL is the sister company of Karo Sambhav. Together, we represent a powerful force for grassroot change in India's e-waste landscape.
Committed to Material Circularity
CSPL is committed to realizing material circularity by crafting innovative solutions focused on the recovery of high-quality secondary and critical raw materials, thus propelling the transition towards net-zero emissions. Our distinctive perspective on materials enables us to offer enduring resolutions to intricate environmental challenges. Leveraging strong partnerships with governments and stakeholders, we spearhead the creation of industry standards for material circularity in India.
Why Now?
In 2019, we at Circularity Solutions Private Limited (CSPL) saw a challenge – India's growing e-waste problem. The mountains of E-waste, the urban mines, and the resources within them were an opportunity to extract and enhance resource efficiency for India.

Our Solutions
We're more than just recyclers; we're circular economy enablers. We're passionate about creating clean, transparent, recycling solutions. Our goal? To turn e-waste into valuable raw materials, minimizing environmental impact and maximizing resource efficiency. Think of us as the bridge between e-waste management and a thriving circular economy in India.

High quality recycling
High quality recycling
We use clean technology at our facilities to ensure the collected waste is recycled responsibly.

Recovery of SRM
Recovery of SRM
We are committed to assessing and utilizing the best available technology and scientific principles for dismantling and recycling e-waste to ensure the recovery of high-quality Secondary Raw Materials (SRM) including extraction of Critical Raw Materials (CRM). The recovered materials can be utilised in creating new products thereby minimising the need for virgin raw materials.

Harmonized Reporting
Harmonized Reporting
We have created a holistic ecosystem that is diverse, transparent, has strong auditing mechanisms across the entire waste value chain, and fosters good governance in the waste management sector. We provide harmonized material balance reports for the complete traceability of secondary materials derived from e-waste.
